An acceptance or denial email will be sent to you.
Next year classes will not be invoiced until after a family interview, an official email acceptance and you have registered your students in desired classes.

1. Permission for Medical Treatment *

In order for my child to receive necessary medical treatment from medical personnel and/or
physicians at a local hospital/clinic, I the undersigned parent/guardian do hereby authorize The
Classical Orchard leaders/volunteers to obtain and consent to medical treatment for my child named
above for such injury/illness when participating in The Classical Orchard. If any such injury/illness
presents itself as life threatening, treatment will be sought immediately no matter the circumstance. Yes
